I’m a seasoned Product/UX Lead who values hospitality and craft in the design of digital products and games. My Masters work in Public Interest Technology explored human- and society-scale design for the future of wearable consumer AR.

Across my career I have been designing and art directing for print, web, interaction, and multimedia. My cross-disciplinary UX sensibilities and communication style are seasoned by personal experience with prepress, front-end development, iOS frameworks, motion design, branding, design systems, and more.

Leaving the 2000s, I began to focus my professional and freelance career on Product/UX design and research. Across a decade, I established and developed the Experience Design team at a state university, ultimately acting as UX lead and product manager for a strategic redesign of the institution’s primary top-level website.

6+ years

In 2015, I decided to became more deeply involved with games and stories. After leading UX/UI on two shipped freelance games and creating TTRPG-centric community projects, I was hired full-time in 2021 as Senior UX Designer at a mobile games prototyping studio.

Master of Science, 2022

In 2022 I completed a Masters in Public Interest Technology (PIT), leading a grant-funded team exploring the technical, societal, and narrative implications of embodied AR storytelling in public spaces, graduating with distinction and earning multiple awards.
